Bio
Gabe McCool spent her early years in Indiana before moving to Memphis, Tennessee in middle school. She attended the University of Tennessee and holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling with a minor in Therapeutic Recreation.
When “Ms. Gabe” has free time, she likes to visit friends and family, watch movies and sports, and eat. She is very close to her family and particularly admires her parents. She appreciates that they raised her to be fair, just, and hard-working. They also taught her to treat everyone with respect and to appreciate differences.
She joined the Highlands team in 2005 and serves as the Extended Day Program/Summer Camp Director.
