The majority of school forms required for the upcoming academic year are distributed electronically in a "summer email" occurring on or about the first week of July. Deadlines are addressed in the email and updated on this page accordingly.
The following documents represent a variety of items associated with enrollment for the academic year. These forms have not been updated for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Forms identified as "pdf" will download a printable (paper) form to complete and submit. Forms identified as "online" will prompt login to the Highlands Pulse database for completion.
