Admissions Process

• INQUIRE & SCHEDULE A TOUR
  Your first step in the admissions process is to inquire online and sign up for a tour. Once completed, a member of our Admissions team will reach out to you and guide you through the admissions process.

• SCHEDULE A TOUR  
  When you complete the inquiry you will be able to schedule a tour.

• APPLY
  Complete the formal online application, with the $75 fee, for consideration for available seats. Your official application date and time stamps your contact with the school for purposes of priority in the admission process.

• PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
  Our 3K applicants will be required to provide a teacher recommendation.

Students must turn 4 by September 1st to be eligible for our 4K program.

  When you fill out an inquiry form, you will be able to schedule a tour.  We ask that you keep this initial tour to parents only. Your students will have the opportunity to visit the campus later in the process.

• COMPLETE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT SCREENING
  Your student will meet with our Admissions office to complete a screening assessment.

• VISIT THE CLASSROOM 
  We invite your student to participate in an individual classroom visit (or "Shadow Day"). This is an opportunity for your student to see the campus, interact with peers, and learn more about Highlands.  

• PROVIDE TEACHER RECOMMENDATION & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
  Once you have completed an application, you will be assigned an admissions checklist. Here you will forward teacher recommendation links to your child's current teacher and upload report cards (if applicable).
