Join the Highlands Parents Auxiliary for an evening of fabulous food and friendship and a tasting of remarkable Italian wines!
Dear Highlands parents,

As spring quickly approaches, it feels like the school year is going by in a flash! We’ve already enjoyed so much in our year celebrating community, and when I’ve been on campus lately, it’s been a delight to catch glimpses of students engaged in study, activities, community meetings, or just visiting together. There seems an eager anticipation for balmy days and springtime events, too!

This year I’ve had the rare privilege to witness “up close” how you all so willingly contribute to our school, giving of your time, skill, and creativity. I’d like to extend special thanks to Kathryn McDonald and the Highlands Helps committee for facilitating the most recent PA event, a hugely successful Highlands Community Service Day. I hope you all enjoyed the morning spent alongside fellow Highlands families, and left campus rewarded for your good work and generous efforts. The number of volunteers alone (175+) speaks of the heart of Highlands.

We’re looking forward to all that lies ahead this season, with special sights on Museum Night April 6th and Spring Fling April 28th, both in celebration of Italy! Kim Komisar and Jamie Bishop are our chairs for these events, and we give applause in advance for their leadership.

And to each parent, thank you. Your support for Highlands helps our community thrive!

All the best,
Rebecca McCracken
