WELCOME TO HIGHLANDS SUMMER CAMP!
Highlands School’s Higher Degree of Learning does not end when the school year is over. We offer a quality summer program as well. Highlands summer camp offers challenging activities, talented teachers and the great variety that you have come to expect from Highlands School. Camp is open to all students entering Kindergarten through the 8th grade, regardless of the school they attend during the school year. We now have many options for rising 4K and our Counselor-in-Training program for rising 7th through 11th grade.
At Highlands, we offer unique opportunities, some specifically tailored to your child’s age group. All camps indicate the grade the child will be attending in the fall. We strive to offer camps and activities that will enable your child to continue to learn while having a great time!
Our Enrichment Camps include active, artistic, academic and just plain fun choices and are subject specific like karate, chess, coding or American Girl. Be sure to note that we offer morning sessions, some afternoon sessions and some full day camps! This year most full day camps include lunch. As always we have some new camps as well. Check out Learning French with Monsieur Compere or Crazy Art with Ms. Etress. Please look through the catalog or see below for camp descriptions, ages, costs and dates. Please also note the times each camp begins and ends.
TRADITIONAL DAY CAMP
If you're in need of regular full day care this summer, each week we offer Traditional Day Camp for Kindergarten through 6th grade that includes a lunch, weekly themes, trips to the pool (1st-6th grade), outdoor play time, activities and exciting, creative projects. Choose from full day ($250) or afternoon sessions ($160). They will be divided according to age (some groups may combine if numbers are low). Traditional Day Camp is offered every week.
TRAILBLAZERS: 1st-2nd Grade
PIONEERS: 3rd-6th Grade
Each group will be directed by certified teachers and summer camp staff who are ready to make your camper's summer the best it can be! Campers can also mix and match Enrichment Camps with Traditional Day Camp. See the catalog for more information.
